- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system failures using schematics, P&IDs and diagnostic tools.
- Respond to equipment alarms and maintenance requests promptly to reduce production downtime.
- Maintain strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols.
- Participate in inspections, audits and reliability-improvement activities.
- Assist with installation, commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
