Job Role
Architect and develop end-to-end ICT/Cloud solution propositions for MTN Ghana B2B customers across the SME, Corporate, and Public Sector segments.
Maintain the Cloud and Converged Services product roadmap — managing the full lifecycle from concept and business case through to in-life management and eventual rationalization.
Conduct detailed technical feasibility studies and RFP/RFQ responses for enterprise Cloud opportunities, including solution sizing, architecture diagrams, and commercial modelling.
Act as the functional and technical expert on Cloud platforms, providing expertise in business process design, integration requirements, and application architecture for enterprise solutions.
Drive best-in-class solution architecting practice — ensuring optimal cost-value balance, adherence to security standards, and alignment to MTN Group architectural guidelines.
Identify and develop innovative Cloud use cases in partnership with ecosystem vendors, targeting high-value verticals including financial services, public sector, and energy.
Deliver periodic product and technology briefings to the Sales, Client Success, and Marketing teams, ensuring commercial teams are equipped to position and sell Cloud solutions effectively.
No direct line management responsibility. Operates as a senior individual contributor with cross-functional influence.
Responsible for concept-to-launch process leadership for Cloud solutions — driving cross-functional alignment across technical, commercial, and support teams without direct authority.
Manages issues and risks within solution delivery projects, proactively communicating status to project teams and B2B management.
Drives adoption, usage, and penetration of Cloud solutions across the existing enterprise customer base by supporting the Sales and Client Success teams in post-sale engagement.
