Project Planning & Execution Support the planning, implementation, and delivery of MTN telecommunications projects Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion. Coordinate project activities across engineering, construction, operations, and vendor teams. Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies, and reporting requirements. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. Telecommunications Infrastructure Management Oversee telecom site deployment, upgrades, modernization, and optimization activities. Monitor the execution of civil, electrical, and telecommunications works across project sites. Ensure compliance with MTN technical standards, engineering specifications, and industry best practices. Support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancement projects. Stakeholder & Contractor Management Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management. Resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters where necessary. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
