- Job Description
- Design service solutions requested from account departments.
- Creation of necessary solution documents and quotations for solutions.
- Technical clarification and assessment of potential solutions.
- Assist in audits and surveys for the design of solutions.
- Development and implementation of departmental KPIs necessary to meet account's bidding timelines.
- Communication of solutions to customers during bidding and tendering stages of projects.
- Assistance to account team on commercial negotiations with the customers.
- Communicating with account team on new commercial solutions and products.
- Support on exhibitions and summits held for customers by accounts team.
- Prospecting of potential solutions from telcos and forwarding leads to responsible accounts.
- Internal handling of presales processes including estimation, ATB and ATC.
- Communicating with necessary internal departments such as CEG and SCM on the delivery strategy.
- Delivery template design for projects.
- Communication with delivery team on rollout strategy and timelines.
- Low level template for the delivery of solutions.
- Support on solution delivery issues and risks.

Requirements
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Core competencies:
- Telecommunication delivery or sales.
- Knowledgeable in multiple telecommunication domains such as wireless, core, transmission and IT.
- Formulate and implement dynamic sales and bidding strategies.
- Identify and monetize new business opportunities.
- Project operation capability; participate in or take the lead in project operations of the enterprise department.
- Transaction management capability.
