Key Duties /
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all works are executed to precision and in compliance with specification
- Prepare and coordinate intensive weekly programmes for projects
- Supervise, monitor and inspect construction works
- Ensure works meet quality standards and that trades are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress
- Prepare monthly progress report
- Ensure project compliance with national and local authority
Requirements
- Review and approve sub-contractor's implementation schedule and advice on the progress of construction works
- Ensure that all work done meets all safety compliance
- Supervise quality control tests for material used for the construction
- Attend site progress / technical meetings
- Any other duties assigned
Experience
- • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management/Building Technology or a related field plus a minimum of 8 years of construction supervision work

- • Possess solid management skills, client influencing and relationshi--building skills
- • Must be able to use basic survey instruments
