Responsibilities
- Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient code under the supervision of senior engineers.
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining web and/or mobile applications.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
- Help identify, debug, and fix software defects.
- Support the team with documentation of code, processes, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) on assigned tasks.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
- Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and best practices relevant to the team's tech stack.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or HND) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, completed within the last academic year.
- Must be validly posted by the National Service Secretariat (NSS) to the organization.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP).
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts: data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
