Key Accountabilities
- Issue products according to the record on the issued document (invoice/delivery) and First Expired, First Out (FEFO).Ensure products issued are cross checked against invoice before delivery.
- Check and monitor products to ensure products do not expire on shelve.
- Segregate expired products and label accordingly to prevent sell out.
- Participate in weekly requisition of low stocked products at the wholesale.
- Prevent overstocking and stock out.
- Track stock levels and ensures that supplies are sufficient to meet the demand of customers.
- Liaise with Supervisor for the update stock records/information on the computer systems at all times.
- Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies.
- Assist customers in the purchase of products.
- Preparation and submission of stock reports.
