Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and monitoring of corporate and strategic plans, flagging priorities, risks and growth opportunities.
- Analyse markets, competitors, technologies, regulations and emerging trends, turning that insight into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop business cases and commercial structures for new products, projects, investments and partnerships.
- Lead or coordinate high-quality proposals, tenders, board papers, management reports and executive presentations.
- Identify, assess and develop strategic partnerships - preparing concepts and MOUs and supporting negotiations through to execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with government institutions, regulators, financial institutions, investors and industry bodies.
- Track policy and regulatory developments and support public-sector and public-private partnership engagements.
- Maintain regulatory and compliance trackers, coordinating documentation, licence applications and regulatory responses.
- Prepare negotiation strategies and briefs that weigh commercial terms, risks and opportunities.
- Track strategic initiatives through dashboards, coordinate workstreams and provide timely management updates.
- Prepare executive briefs, agendas and decision papers, supporting board and management reporting with strict confidentiality.
