A Day in the Life: •Operating assigned equipment in line with Quality Management Standards (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions while always prioritizing personal and team safety. •Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP requirements, and all housekeeping routines across each shift. •Ensuring materials used are according to the approved recipe, within target limits, and in line with First In, First Out (FIFO) principles. •Conducting equipment start-up, running, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, center lining, changeover, maintenance, and shutdown activities, while accurately monitoring operational parameters and documentation for traceability.
