1. Purpose of the Role

The Tele Sales and Communication Officer is responsible for generating sales and revenue primarily through telephone-based customer engagement. The officer will identify and follow up with prospective customers, promote the company’s products and services, respond to enquiries, build customer relationships, convert leads into sales, and maintain professional communication with customers.

2. Main Objectives of the Position

The Tele Sales and Communication Officer should:
