Role Description
The Telesales Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities through phone calls. This role involves selling over the phone to prospective customers, presenting products and services across the company’s different business lines, and clearly explaining value propositions and pricing. The Telesales Representative will follow up on leads, manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining positive customer relationships, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding processes. The role also requires meeting sales targets, participating in product and sales training, and providing feedback to improve scripts, processes, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
