•  Strong knowledge of the Ghana transport industry, including familiarity with 3P dynamics,
• regulations, requirements, and route assessments.
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with 3P
• partners and drivers.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple vehicles
• simultaneously.
•  Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•  Proficient in spoken and written English.
•  Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•  Familiarity with Transport Management and tracking software.
•  Must be able to travel within Ghana as required.

• Assistant to support their team in their operations.

•  Assist in identifying and recommending reliable and professional 3P partners who meet the

•  Provide basic training, guidance, and operational support to assigned drivers.
•  Monitor relevant KPIs and provide feedback to drivers to support continuous improvement.
•  Prepare regular reports and dashboards on the operational performance of assigned trucks.
