- TYPE: Full-time
- ABPO
- is expanding its travel sales operation alongside our international contact-centre business. You'll own everything that happens after the sale - issuing the ticket, getting it right, and keeping it right when the airline changes its mind.
- What you'll do
- Issue tickets and confirm PNRs on approved supplier platforms, including ancillary services.
- Check fare rules, baggage, change and refund conditions, and passenger data before issuance.
- Handle schedule changes, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and supplier exceptions.
- Support closers on complex itineraries - multi-city routes, premium cabins, group and family bookings, and special service requests.
- Train sales closers on travel fundamentals so nothing gets promised that can't be ticketed.
- What you'll bring
- 3+ years in airline reservations, agency ticketing, consolidator operations, or OTA fulfilment.
- Hands-on
Experience
- with at least one booking system - GDS, airline portals, OTA platforms or modern API-based travel tools.
- Real command of fare rules, reissue and refund mechanics, baggage allowances and itinerary servicing.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and accuracy that holds up under time pressure.
