Job Description

To take demand from Personal and Prestige banking customers for any banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities as well as any other service requests. Form an accurate assessment and understanding of the demands in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within product, segment and legislative parameters.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: 1st Degree

Field of Study: A good first degree in any discipline.

Front line

in serving customers in order to meet sales and service objectives. Previous

in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products. Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.
