Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of all utility systems, ensuring maximum equipment availability and reliability. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Monitor the performance of utility equipment, identify faults, and implement timely corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards during all maintenance activities. Lead and supervise utility technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs, and operational reports. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted utility supply. Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. Ensure spare parts and maintenance materials are adequately managed and available.
