This is not only a camera role: the studio needs someone who can understand a brief, shape a simple story, prepare for shoots, capture usable footage, edit for the right platform and deliver content that feels polished enough for brands, campaigns, events and social media. The right person should be comfortable moving between creative thinking and the practical details that make production days run well.
- Key responsibilities
- Plan and capture video content for brand campaigns, studio projects, client briefs, events, social media and promotional use.
- Edit raw footage into finished videos with suitable pacing, captions, music, graphics, colour correction and platform-ready formatting.
- Work with the creative team to translate briefs into shot lists, production plans, story ideas and practical filming schedules.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting and basic audio equipment so footage is technically clean and usable.
- Support related photography or mixed-media assignments when a client project requires both still and moving images.
- Create visual concepts that make products, services, events or brand stories easier for audiences to understand and remember.
- Organise project files, raw footage, exports and reusable assets so the studio can retrieve materials quickly for revisions or future campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience shooting and editing video for clients, brands, social media, campaigns or studio productions.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar editing and post-production tools.
