Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse audit systems and 6S management standards to ensure operational orderliness, cleanliness, and safety. Conduct regular warehouse inspections and area evaluations; supervise rectification actions and verify improvement outcomes. Audit inventory management practices to ensure full consistency among physical materials, system records, and warehouse locations. Oversee proper labeling, identification, and safe storage of materials, including hazardous substances and chemicals. Perform scheduled and ad hoc inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly. Prepare detailed warehouse audit reports, analyze data trends, and recommend measures to improve efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental standards within warehouse operations.
