Requirements

  • Job Duty:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, issuing, and storing materials
  • Verify quantity, specification, and quality of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/WMS systems in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and annual inventory audits) to ensure stock accuracy
  • Organize and label raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products properly
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safe material handling
  • Apply FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles
  • Coordinate with production departments to ensure timely material supply
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and HSE regulations
  • Prepare inventory reports and other warehouse-related documentation
