Requirements

  • Responsibilities：
  • 1.Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • 2.Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
  • 3.Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts
  • 4.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods
  • 5.Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and productivity
  • 6.Enforce safety rules and company policies
  • 7.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • 8.Identify ways to improve workflow and reduce errors or delays
  • 9.Inspect outgoing and incoming goods for quality and accuracy
