- Responsible for enterprise wireless sales opportunities, understanding customer requirements, proposals design and configuration.
- Engagement and presentation with customers and clients to explore and expand industry opportunities.
- Organize the design of tailored industry solutions that align with customer needs, tackle major project challenges and support bidding efforts to achieve sales targets.
- Carrier network:
- Support the tracking and advancement of commercial success in operator traffic stimulation, including low-cost terminal introduction and FWA strategy.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other engineering related programs.
- Business skills:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of wireless networks, with a focus on business scenario requirements, network planning, and site-specific product solutions tailored to industry-specific needs such as enterprise rural and security networks.
- Ability to effectively present technical concepts to middle and senior management, supported by strong logical reasoning and summarization skills.
- Professional knowledge:
- Demonstrates strong familiarity with marketing strategies and solution offerings in the wireless domain, including a solid grasp of wireless network architecture, evolution, technical and networking principles and typical industry solutions.
- Well-versed in Huawei's enterprise business processes and operational workflows, enabling effective collaboration and alignment with organizational standards.
- Possess foundational knowledge and practical exposure to key mobile and wireless technologies including GSMA, UMTS, LTE, 5G and microwave transmission systems.
- 3 years minimum of working experience.
- Language:
- Good command in verbal and written English and very good communication skills.
