Job Purpose
- To lead the Bank's business growth initiatives through effective marketing, custmer acquisition, deposit mobilization and relationship management strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies
- Lead deposit mobilisation campaigns and monitor performance
- Identify new products, partnerships and market opportunities
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Coordinate branding, promotions and public relations activities
- Prepare marketing performance reports for management and the board
- Support branch sales and marketing activities
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related field
- Professional qualification in marketing, accounting or Banking is an advantage
