Role Description
The Business Development Lead is a part-time hybrid role based in Accra, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client pitches, coordinating with the branding and marketing teams to align proposals with client needs, and tracking the performance of business development initiatives. The Business Development Lead will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, support the development of sales materials, and provide regular reports and insights to agency leadership. The role requires proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive growth.
