Role Description
The Digital Marketing Growth Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and audience growth across PPG's digital channels. The coordinator owns the website, SEO, email marketing, and social content, tracking performance and optimizing for growth.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and consulting teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, coordinating promotional events and webinars, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role also includes preparing regular reports on marketing performance and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Managing website content, SEO health and Yoast optimization across all pages.
- Maintaining and improving lead capture landing pages and their backend systems.
- Running email marketing through Zoho Campaigns, including sequences, segmentation and performance tracking.
- Managing PPG's LinkedIn content and community strategy on a consistent publishing cadence.
- Using Canva to produce supporting graphics for social and email content.
- Coordinating with the Content/Ads/Webinars Specialist to schedule and publish video and webinar-related content once produced.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance and lead generation across all channels.
- Maintaining consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years
Experience
- in digital marketing, growth operations, or website/content management.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, SEO tools such as Yoast or similar, and basic HTML.
- Hands-on
- with an email marketing platform; Zoho Campaigns
- is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills to create clear, compelling, and professional digital content.
- with LinkedIn content strategy or B2B social media.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing automation software.
- Organized and able to manage multiple recurring workstreams independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Event planning and coordination skills to organize digital and in-person marketing events and campaigns.
- Project management skills to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing initiatives and timelines.
