The role supports a travel and tour business selling African destination experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the digital marketing strategy across SEO, paid search, Meta advertising, email marketing and social media.
- Commission, edit and coordinate destination content, itinerary write-ups, travel guides and campaign materials.
- Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend practical improvements from the data.
- Lead influencer, media and partnership activity that increases brand visibility and qualified travel enquiries.
- Work with the web team to improve landing pages, conversion rates, booking funnels and user journeys.
- Maintain a consistent voice for travel storytelling while keeping campaigns commercially focused.
Requirements
At least four years of digital marketing experience; travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms.
Strong copywriting ability and a genuine interest in travel storytelling.
Analytical mindset with confidence reading campaign data and optimising activity from evidence.
Strong interest in African destinations and the ability to communicate their value to prospective travellers.
