Job Description
Responsible for coordinating and delivering digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role ensures successful project execution, process digitization, stakeholder engagement, and technology enablement to accelerate strategic objectives, improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business agility.
Purpose of Job:
Digital Transformation Strategy Execution
Support implementation of the organization's digital transformation roadmap.
Drive initiatives related to digital channels, automation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Monitor transformation objectives and ensure alignment with business strategy.

- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Engage business leaders to understand strategic priorities and requirements.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related application issues.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Monitor project KPIs, transformation metrics, and business outcomes.
- Escalate risks and issues requiring management intervention.
