Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior management. The role involves managing executive schedules, meetings, correspondence, reports, presentations, stakeholder engagements, and other activities that support effective executive decision-making.
Technical
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare executive reports, presentations, dashboards, minutes, and briefing documents.
- Strong knowledge of executive calendar, meeting, travel, and correspondence management.
- Ability to coordinate Board, Executive Committee, and management meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation.
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and preparation of business insights for decision-making.
- Knowledge of project tracking and productivity tools;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ relevant
Experience
- with Power BI is an advantage.
- Key
- in executive support, executive office management, or business coordination.
- At least 3 years’
- supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or other senior executive.
- Proven
- coordinating Board/Committee meetings, strategic projects, and executive-level stakeholder engagements.
- working with senior stakeholders, regulators, business partners, brokers, reinsurers, or international organizations is an advantage.
- A relevant professional qualification in Insurance, Project Management, Business Analysis, or Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.
