Deliverables:
Establish and operate the program's finance and reporting framework, covering partner-bank loan books, program funds, expenditure, risk and regulatory compliance.
Develop standardized reporting templates and metrics, working with IT providers to embed key processes in the program technology platform.
Manage the partner-bank reporting cycle, including analysis, issue resolution, bank engagement, periodic audits and consolidation of lending activity and performance metrics.
Prepare financial reports for international stakeholders, manage the program account and maintain effective controls over program funds and operating expenditure.
