- We are seeking a meticulous and numerate National Service Personnel to join our Finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on
Experience
- in financial record-keeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong academic background and a keen interest in building a career in finance and accounting.
- Key
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for National Service in the 2026/2027 service year.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
- Support the maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers in the accounting system.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and petty cash transactions.
- Help prepare payment vouchers and ensure proper filing of all financial documents.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Assist in following up on outstanding client payments and reconciling accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with other departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Finance Officer or Head of Finance.
