  • We seek a Financial Consultant who will support the team by handling accounting, financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, and compliance tasks.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in financial management.
  • They must also be available for weekly meetings to review financial performance and provide strategic advice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial records, transactions, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting to help with financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Process and manage staff salary payments, ensuring timely disbursement.
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation of financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
