Job Summary
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, utilization, safety, and profitability of the company's fleet of vehicles. The role ensures that all vehicles are roadworthy, compliant with regulatory requirements, and available to support the company's tourism, corporate transport, and rental operations while maximizing fleet efficiency and minimizing operating costs.
The Fleet Manager will oversee drivers, maintenance schedules, licensing, insurance, fuel management, GPS tracking, and fleet performance to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

- 1. Fleet Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire vehicle fleet.
- Ensure vehicles are allocated efficiently to tours, transfers, rentals, and corporate assignments.
- Monitor fleet utilization and maximize vehicle productivity.
- Ensure adequate vehicle availability during peak operational periods.
- 2. Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate vehicle procurement and disposal processes.

- Supervise and evaluate drivers.
