The ideal consultant should have:
An advanced degree in Gender Studies, Disability Studies, Social Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field.
At least 10 years of professional
in gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion programming.
Demonstrated
conducting gender analyses and disability inclusion assessments.
Proven
developing gender and disability inclusion strategies, particularly for donor-funded programs.
