- RESPONSABILIDADES Y TAREAS
- Como parte del equipo de Global Rewards Project & Analytics, colaborarás en el proceso de análisis de datos de punta a punta para el área de Compensaciones Globales. Esto incluye:
- Asegurar los estándares de calidad de los datos y realizar seguimientos cuando sea necesario.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas de análisis, como la creación de tableros (dashboards), automatización de procesos o aplicación de técnicas avanzadas de analítica para apoyar los procesos de compensaciones globales.
- Brindar métricas clave y generar insights para los distintos stakeholders globales.
- Realizar análisis ad hoc para identificar patrones e insights que respalden iniciativas estratégicas.
- Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y dar soporte a proyectos analíticos.
- REQUISITOS Y CALIFICACIONES
- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o carreras afines.
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia en roles similares, con foco en análisis y gestión de stakeholders.
- Dominio del inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Nivel avanzado de PowerPoint y Excel.
- Conocimientos prácticos en herramientas de análisis como Tableau, Power BI y SQL.
