The HSE Officer Shall Be Responsible For
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Provide training to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental practices.
Respond to emergency situation and liaise with emergency responders.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety and environmental programs and initiatives.
Maintain records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities.
Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HSE management.
Undertake environmental and occupational health monitoring.
Requirements
- Skills and Attributes Required:
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
