Job Description

The HR & Data Analytics Officer will support HR operations while using workforce data to provide useful insights for management. The role covers HR reporting, analytics, HRIS data management, recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, and support for performance and employee relations activities.

Technical

Requirements

  • Prepare accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Analyse People data and translate findings into clear visualisations, trends and actionable insights.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HRIS and People data by identifying inconsistencies and reconciling gaps.
  • Work with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to develop and enhance HR reporting, dashboards and workforce metrics.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including job advertisements, background/reference checks and documentation.
  • Administer key employee lifecycle processes, including probation, contracts, transfers, leave,
