Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ HR experience, preferably within hospitality, wellness, fitness, luxury services or a premium customer-service environment.
Strong working knowledge of the Ghana Labor Act and applicable employment practices.
