CorpsAfrica is hiring a Human Resources Officer to support HR data management, payroll, reporting, and HR systems across its growing network, including Ghana.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR data, employee records, reporting, dashboards, and HR systems administration.
- Support payroll review, processing, reconciliations, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding workflows.
- Help improve HRIS, payroll platforms, performance management tools, and People & Culture reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Three to five years of HR data management, payroll processing, HRIS, or related experience.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, strong reporting ability, discretion, and cross-cultural communication.
