- Qualify inbound leads and understand customer applications, products, budgets, and delivery needs.
- Recommend laboratory products, consumables, and alternatives within approved commercial guidelines.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documentation within agreed turnaround times.
- Follow up quotations and open opportunities to progress and close sales.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and record customer information, calls, quotations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with inventory, procurement, finance, and delivery teams on availability, pricing, payment status, and fulfilment.
- Resolve routine customer inquiries professionally and escalate technical, pricing, or service issues when needed.

- Achieve agreed sales, conversion, response-time, and customer-retention targets.
- Develop and maintain current knowledge of LabMart products and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in an applied science or another relevant discipline.
