Responsibilities
- Review and monitor user access to critical banking systems, ensuring proper authorisation, role-based access and least privilege.
- Conduct periodic access reviews, including privileged accounts, staff transfers or terminations, maker-checker controls and segregation of duties.
- Review IT change management to ensure changes are properly authorised, tested, approved, implemented and documented.
- Monitor key IT operational controls, including end-of-day and end-of-month processing, batch jobs, system interfaces, downtime, incidents and scheduled activities.
- Develop and execute IT control assessments covering IT general controls, applications, infrastructure, access, change management, backup and recovery, incidents and system operations.
- Review and test application controls across critical banking systems, including T24, NIP, Mobile Banking and integrated applications, to support data and transaction accuracy, completeness, validity, security and integrity.
