- Receive orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities and reporting them.
- Store materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability.
- Ensure correct fill in entries on the stock cards.
- Prepare orders of the different consumption units, ensuring the packaging and proper dispatching.
- Report any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the line manager.
- Packing and appropriately labeling items (destination, number of units, way bill number and mode of transport) and assign a number to each package, in accordance with the line manager’s instructions
- Carry out regular inventories including Emergency preparedness response stock.
- Report missing material/ damage/ robbery.
- Control warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensure doors and other exits are secured.
- Ensure that all items are well organized and correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible.
- Control warehouse facilities in order to ensure materials are in good keeping conditions.
- Ensure good record keeping and data entry of all materials in storage
- Facilitate the purchase of materials and check for quality.
- Provide periodic reports
