- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure that production equipment, machinery, and plant facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Provide clear directions to maintenance technicians and other associates, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed safely, accurately, and within the required timelines, while supporting the plant’s Safety, Quality, and Reliability objectives.
- Coordinate and enforce the equipment lubrication program through line technicians, ensuring that all machinery is lubricated according to established schedules and manufacturer recommendations.
- Plan and communicate daily maintenance activities, prioritizing
