As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and market leadership in Ghana, a key market within Super Group Africa and an important contributor to our growth strategy across the continent. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will oversee the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative approaches to create impactful and personalised customer experiences that support business objectives and strengthen our market position.
