Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for corporate groups, from venue sourcing and supplier follow-up to post-event wrap-up.
- Develop proposals, presentations and event plans for corporate clients across West and Southern Africa.
- Build relationships with convention centres, hotels, event-production partners and other suppliers.
- Manage budgets, timelines, on-site execution plans and event documentation.
- Work with clients and internal teams to translate event goals into practical schedules, supplier briefs and delivery plans.
- Monitor event risks, resolve operational issues quickly and maintain professional communication with senior client contacts.
Requirements
At least three years of experience in events, MICE, corporate travel coordination or a related field.
Outstanding organisational and project-management skills.
Confidence presenting to and managing relationships with senior clients.
Experience working across multiple African markets will be a strong advantage.
Ability to manage several moving parts at once while protecting budget, timing and client experience.
