- Responsible for prospecting, formation and training of groups
- Prospect for loan customers, appraise loan as well as undertake daily loan recovery exercise
- Supervision of Mobile Bankers (Susu Collectors), reconciliation of passbooks as well as customer visitation and loan recovery
- A minimum of HND or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional (Part II or above) qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA etc
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance activities
- Relative experience in any banking operations role will be an added advantage
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge in T24 banking software will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism & adhere to ethical standards
- Self-motivated, analytical & attentive to details
- Good numeracy and coordination skills
- Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motor riding license
- Must be between the ages of 25 years - 30 years at the time of application
