- As a National Service Person in the Sales & Marketing Team, you will gain hands-on experience in the building materials industry while supporting the company’s sales and marketing operations.
- This role is designed to provide practical exposure to market research, customer engagement, sales coordination, and promotional activities. You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Executives to contribute to business growth and brand visibility.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination.
- Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining client databases.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
- Participate in showroom/branch activities including product display, stock checks, and sales activation.
- Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Help prepare sales and marketing reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and related transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure smooth order processing.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Supervisor/Manager.
- A recent graduate eligible for National Service (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
