Role Overview
LB Group is seeking a compassionate, responsible and community-focused National Service Personnel with a background in Social Work or a related discipline to support social impact, community engagement and stakeholder-related initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply social work principles in a professional organisational environment while supporting community-oriented programmes and initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of community and social development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and documenting community needs and social issues.
- Participate in community engagement and outreach activities.
- Support beneficiary identification, registration and documentation where applicable.
- Assist with conducting interviews, assessments and information gathering.
- Maintain accurate records relating to beneficiaries, programmes and activities.
- Support the preparation of programme reports and documentation.
- Assist with monitoring and documenting the impact of social initiatives.
- Liaise professionally with community members, beneficiaries and relevant stakeholders.
- Support awareness and educational programmes.
- Assist in organising workshops, community meetings and outreach activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sensitivity when dealing with beneficiaries and vulnerable groups.
- Perform other duties relevant to social impact and community development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline.
