  • Coordinate daily production activities and ensure that production schedules are properly implemented.
  • Monitor production processes and follow up to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Production Supervisors, Operators, Warehouse, Quality Control, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily production schedules, work plans, and production reports.
  • Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and other resources required for production.
  • Follow up on production orders and ensure that materials are made available at the appropriate time.
  • Record and maintain accurate production data, including output, downtime, wastage, rejects, and production variances.
  • Identify production delays, bottlenecks, shortages, and operational challenges and promptly escalate them to the Production Manager.
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance, deployment, productivity, and adherence to assigned duties.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team regarding equipment breakdowns and follow up on repairs to minimize production downtime.
  • Work closely with the Quality Control Team to ensure that products meet required quality specifications and standards.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, production procedures, health and safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Assist in investigating production variances, wastage, quality issues, and other operational problems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain proper production records, documentation, checklists, and other operational reports for management review.
  • Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the Production Manager or Management.
