- Manage snag list resolution, final site cleaning, punch-list sign-off, and hand over operation/maintenance manuals (O&M) and warranty documentation.

- Review 3D Design, project scope and bill of quantities (BOQ)
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess substrate conditions (moisture content, flatness, structural readiness, expansion joints).
- Establish project schedules, installation milestones, and resource allocation plans using project management software.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Coordinate material release, procurement, factory production schedules, and shipping timelines to match site readiness.
- Manage site deliveries, offloading, storage conditions, and inventory control to avoid material damage, dye-lot mismatches, or site delays.
- Calculate waste margins and track material yields against site dimensions.
- Site Installation & Subcontractor Supervision

Education
