We are seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Specialist
to establish, implement, and continuously improve quality management practices across ICT infrastructure projects and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ICT infrastructure activities, processes, deliverables, and services comply with established quality standards, contractual requirements, organizational policies, and applicable industry standards.
The role will focus on
quality assurance, quality control, ISO 9001 compliance, audits, process improvement, risk management, and quality governance
across data centre, network, cloud, systems, and other ICT infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain
- quality management processes and procedures
- for ICT infrastructure projects and operations.
- Establish quality standards, controls, checklists, inspection procedures, and acceptance criteria for ICT infrastructure deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with
- ISO 9001
Requirements
