Job Purpose
- To support the Bank's risk management function by identifying, assessing, monitoring and mitigating operational, credit, market and compliance risks
- Conduct risk assessments and control reviews
- Monitor key risk indicators and prepare risk reports
- Support loan portfolio monitoring and early warning systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Investigate risk incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Support risk awareness training programs
- Liaise with auditors and regulators when required
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Risk Management, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
