SAFETY OFFICER – HARDWARE FACTORY
Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all workplace safety activities within the factory.
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure employees comply with safety rules, procedures, and the proper use of PPE.
Monitor the safe operation of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and other factory activities.
Support fire prevention, emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and accident response.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare safety reports.
Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness programs for employees.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other related documentation.
Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR teams to resolve safety issues.
Ensure the factory meets company safety standards and applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a
